This website, inspirationalmix.co.uk, is run by Inspirational Mix, a small independent business based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, United Kingdom. You can contact us at orders@inspirationalmix.co.uk.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them, along with our Shipping & Returns, Digital Downloads and Privacy & Cookies pages, before you buy. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
3. Our products
We sell digital downloads (printable PDF files) and printed-and-posted versions of our designs. We make every effort to show our products accurately, but colours can vary slightly between screens and printers.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Postage for printed-and-posted items is added at checkout: Royal Mail 2nd Class is £2.99 and 1st Class is £3.99 per order, for UK addresses. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we’ll contact you before your order is fulfilled.
5. Your order
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming it. That confirmation is when our contract with you begins. We may occasionally be unable to accept an order, for example if a product is unavailable, and if so we’ll let you know and refund you in full.
6. Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email straight after payment. Printed items are dispatched within 3–5 working days and delivered by Royal Mail to UK addresses. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
7. Your right to cancel
- Printed items: you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, then return the item within a further 14 days. See Shipping & Returns.
- Digital downloads: when you buy a digital product, you ask us to supply it immediately and agree that you lose your right to cancel once the download link has been sent to you. See Digital Downloads.
8. Faulty or incorrect products
If anything you receive is faulty, damaged or not as described, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Just email orders@inspirationalmix.co.uk and we’ll put it right.
9. Personal use licence and copyright
All designs, artwork and text on this website and in our products belong to Inspirational Mix and are protected by copyright. When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- share, resell, give away or redistribute the files, in whole or in part;
- sell printed copies of our designs, or use them in products for sale;
- upload the files to other websites, file-sharing services or print-on-demand platforms;
- claim the designs as your own.
Some of our designs are created with the help of digital and AI-assisted design tools, and then finished by us.
10. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to meet these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure, up to the price you paid for the product. We are not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use. We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Events outside our control
We’re not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal strikes or severe weather. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed, and you may cancel and receive a refund for anything not yet received.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a concern, please contact us first. We’ll always try to resolve things quickly and fairly.
