Delivery
We currently deliver printed-and-posted products to UK addresses only. Every printed item is made to order, so please allow a little time for printing.

Postage is added once per order, however many printed items you buy. You choose your delivery option at checkout, and the full total is always shown before you pay. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Royal Mail delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and can be longer at busy times such as Christmas.
Christmas orders: for the best chance of delivery before Christmas, please order printed items by early December. We’ll share our last recommended order dates on the site nearer the time.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please email us at orders@inspirationalmix.co.uk and we’ll look into it with Royal Mail and put things right.
Returns & your right to cancel
If you change your mind about a printed-and-posted item, you have the right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you’d like to cancel. You don’t need to give a reason.
- Just email orders@inspirationalmix.co.uk with your name, order number and the item you’re returning.
- You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. We’ll reply with the return address.
- Items should be returned unused and in the condition you received them. If an item has been written in or used, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.
- Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t refund items that don’t reach us.
Refunds: once we receive your return (or proof that you’ve posted it), we’ll refund the item price plus the original standard delivery cost within 14 days, to your original payment method. If you chose 1st Class, we refund the standard 2nd Class cost (£2.99).
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
We check every order carefully, but if something arrives damaged, misprinted or isn’t what you ordered, we’re sorry. Please email orders@inspirationalmix.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including postage, whichever you prefer. This doesn’t affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Digital downloads
Digital products are delivered instantly by email and aren’t posted. Because they’re available to you straight away, the 14-day cancellation right works differently. Please read our Digital Downloads page for details.
