How you receive your files
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to download your PDF files. Most products include both A4 and US Letter versions. If the email hasn’t arrived within an hour, please check your junk or spam folder, then email orders@inspirationalmix.co.uk and we’ll resend it.
We recommend downloading and saving your files to your own device soon after purchase, as download links may expire.
Important — your right to cancel
Normally, when you buy online in the UK you have 14 days to change your mind. For digital content, the law allows this right to end once the download starts, as long as you agree to that first.
By completing your purchase of a digital product, you ask us to make it available immediately, and you agree that you lose your right to cancel once your download link has been sent to you. You’ll be asked to tick a box confirming this when you click Checkout.
This doesn’t affect your rights if a file is faulty. See below.
If there’s a problem with a file
If a file won’t open, is corrupted, or isn’t as described, email orders@inspirationalmix.co.uk with your order number and we’ll send a working replacement. If we can’t fix it, we’ll give you a full refund. This is in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Printing your planner
- Print at home on standard A4 or US Letter paper. For a premium feel, try 100–120gsm paper.
- Choose “Actual size” or “100%” in your printer settings so nothing is cropped.
- You can print your pages as many times as you like for your own personal use.
Personal use licence
Your purchase gives you a licence to use the files for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t share, resell, redistribute or upload the files, or sell printed copies, whether edited or not. All designs remain the property of Inspirational Mix.
